Our herd bull is Basin Emblazon 137X with EPD's (Expected Progeny Differences) of CED (Calving Ease) +12, Birth Weight -1.1, Weaning Weight +56, Yearling Weight +99, Marbling +.53 and Rib Eye +.55, $Beef +56.57. Most of his EPD's rank in the top 10% of the entire Angus breed. Our mother cows are generally 5.5 to 6.5 frame size and weigh from 1200 to 1700 pounds. We look for a lot of thickness and depth in our cows. Our cow have terrific sire influence such as New Standard, Objective, Preference, Alliance 474N, WAR Alliance, Baldridge Nebraska, EXT, Mandate, Bon View New Design 1407 and Rito 6I6.
